Default 58 gr. vs. 87 gr. V-Max for coyote hunting

Let's say you're after coyotes with a 243. Which load would you prefer: a 58 grain V-Max with a muzzle velocity of 3240 fps or an 87 grain V-Max with a muzzle velocity 2800-2900 fps?

They're dead with either one, so I guess whichever shoots best from your rifle. I handload the 58 grainers for PDogs and would use them on coyotes if I get the chance.

Neither, I hand load Sierra 85gr. HPBT game kings for my 243 with a charge of IMR 4350 at about 2600 fps. Does a great job only one hole to sew up most of the time.
