Sheridan....we hunt mostly mornings and a lot of late evening Hunts for Coyotes, then Bobcats and Foxes when it is Furbearer Season from the middle of Nov to Jan 31.The Coyote Hunting goes on for almost 11 months...it shuts down for Spring Turkey Season I believe the month of April and about a week into May?
We aren't allowed to Hunt at night with lights,we can hunt at night under a Moon-lite Sky...in Winter time its better and easier to see something moving with a good white blanket of Snow and a bright Moon which isn't going to happen a whole lot of times!
So we're pretty limited to what we can do here in Missouri...now we can go Racoon Hunting at night with lights and a Dog...and You better have a Dog with You or You can get into serious trouble, cause they could very well fine You for Poaching. Its the ones that go out Hunting Illegaly that makes the Rules/Laws stiffer on the Honest Hunters!
