We have lots around here as well, and more and more Canadian Lynx due to a re-introduction program. They are, however very elusive (like our lions) and one should consider themselves fortunate to see one. I have never heard of any " problems" or any human conflicts. Certainly far less of a problem than free-ranging cattle.

With Bobcats we shoot them where ever we see them ,I just got one last week after my livestock . As long as they are bothering domestic animals there is a open season on them according to the local biologist . Between them the coons and coyotes we have a lot less game than there used to be here . Guess its time to clean house so to speak

bothering live stock what do you raise chickens ? we have lots of cats and yotes and about any other furbearer you can think of and we have all types of livestock never have much problem with bobcats killing anything but fowl

we have some chickens at my dads moms house a bobcat ran in the barn got a chicken and our great parineese dog was chasing the cat threw the fields and the bobcat got away with a free meal, darn bobcats.
