Default bobcats in Tx

my friend and i are going back to texas for a bowhunt this weekend. Our other friend was their last weekend for the opener and he saw a bobcat. is it legal to shoot them there? cause if i see one i am going to shoot it. Is it legal and do u need another tag to shoot one? thanks

I think they are considered a predator like a coyote down there but you need to check the regulations. I would like the chance at one also. Make a really cool mount.
