How many of you small game hunters out there need to learn the best way to clean and prepare you squirrels, rabbits, snapping turtles, etc. for the dinner table?

I skin all my squirrels and rabbits this way.Make a small cut on the squirrels back, enough to git 2 or 3 fingers in,pull in the opposite direction, cut the tail,(i save the tails)off, cut their feet off, quarter um up,put um in a bag, throw um in the freezer!I have 4 ziploc gallon bags full of squirrel quarters, and 1 bag full of rabbit quarters.I like mine fried, but u got any good squirrel, rabbit recipes?Id like to try um a few different ways, thanks!
