Default cougar hunting

hello. i have a question. i live in oregon. there is a cougar needing killed. hard on the sheep. f&g gave permission to use any means. so how would you get it?
no dogs allowed in oregon though

buy a new york strip, lay it in a field and sit there with some water guns.

on a serious note:
Try making a gut pile and hunting over it..

If it's killed one of your sheep, it will be back to feed on it. Set up on it and wait. Other than that, good luck.

set out some good traps in a hole set and bait it should do the trick
