Default Coyotes

I want to start hunting Coyotes. Although i dont know what to do with them after you harvest them. I've never heard of any body eating them. What do you do with them after you kill them?

Leave them there after taking a picture. Some haul them off to a pit.

You can skin them or sell the complete carcass to a buyer if the fur is prime (check your local laws and regulations). Be careful for the fleas and tics. If you cook onelet us know how it tastes, and don't tell us it takes like chicken. You can eat my share.

I would eat my own dog before I'd eat a nasty ol coyote.
