Default yote question for the masters.

Since my archery season for deer and turkey are over I have decided to go after some yotes until turkey season gets back in.
I already took a couple with my bow during deer season.
My question is what would be the cheapest easiest to operate yote call to use . I hunt in a heavily wooded area.

A cheap $20 CD player/radio combo from Wal-Mart. Then go to www.varmintal.com and download his allcall.zip file. Burn a CD with the calls that you choose and play them on the CD Player.

sounds like a good idea but alot of my hunting will be stand hunting or alot of up close and personal so carrying a cd player isnt really practical for me.

Diaphram calls are the cheapest calls made. They are almost exactly same thing as turkey calls except for pitch. Another plus about them is you can instantly control sound level, pitch, and tone.

Start very softly calling, that way if any are in close area you won't scare them off. After a couple minutes gradually get louder.
