I was wondering if any of you are using the Ruger Mini 14 for your coyote gun, and if so- how have the results been? What's the longest shot you dare take? I'm in the market for a rifle, and have been looking at mini for pigs and coyotes, as well as for target etc. Thoughts?

my thoughts of the mini-14 are not that great. I had one that shot like crap and traded it for a AR-15 and that is it. both shoot the same round, but my AR-15 does alot better job at hitting the target.
