Egg with milk, salt and pepper. Flour with lowreys seasoning salt in it. Heated up the oil on medium high. Dropped some flour in the oil to make sure it sizzled. Put the egg and flour on the squirrels dropped them in the skillet and cooked them 10 minutes and turned them over. Cooked them another 10 minutes. Turned the oil down to medium and turned them 1 more time for ten minutes and they were done. I wish I would have taken pics when they were done cooking. They looked just like the ones in the pics. The pics I have are after the first turning.
