Not far from Elizabeth. Yes called him in for my son's first.Grew up in Simla and our family still has a ranch near Calhan. Only get down fora few dog hunts a year now days. From the mid 70s to 91, I hunted dogs almost every weekend from Thankgiving until mid February when the hides started to slip.

Just doing thisfor my own records; I get tired of digging up that old post to see where we stand.

Got out this morning for a few stands. Called in a single and a double on my first two stands and managed to kill two of the three. Should've quit then and headed home cause I never saw another coyote after that. Got kind of warm thisafternoon, so I came in early. Still no sign of rubbing here yet. I used my 35 gr. bergers this morning and had an exit on the female. Hit her in the neck, but the exit hole wasn't too bad, about a silver dollar. The male I got had no exit hole.
