    i would use it for varmits but like a little bigger bag for deer imo

    243 is one of the custom rifles, I am bulding at gunsmithing school.

    I am eager to get it finished, so I can go and shoot it.

    You'll love it. I got my son a Model 7 .243 for his 12th birthday. Liked it so much that I bought myself a .243 when the local Bass Pro put their Model 700's on sale. We've used them on Jackrabbits, Cottontails, Deer and Pigs, and the .243 is now my favorite cartridge.
