Default where to get box traps

I have been dealing with some smart squrrels and thay are always eating my bird seed that I use to draw in the annoying birds so I can kill them.

You can make a box trap out of any suitable crate of sufficient size, all you need besides the box is a stick and some string, then it's just a matter of whether the trap will be self actuated or you actuated. For long term trapping you'd be better served to invest in a Hav-A-Hart or other live trap.

Here's some plans for you: http://www.backwoodshome.com/articles/sanders64.html

I haven't built one of these, but it looks sound. I will say if you ever have intentions of building one for catching coon, you'd best use screws, construction adhesive, and astrong mesh on the back. They are amazingly tenacious and powerfully strong. I had a medium sized coon take a 1/4" steel trigger rod in a commercial trap and tie it in a knot.
