First yote this year got pics
she was standing about 100 yards away down my buddies private dirt road we were standing on his porch, I was showing him one of my muzzle loaders a CVA hunterbolt. we spotted the yote and my friend ran inside to grab his rifle I quickly loaded a 50 grain pyrodex pellet and a patched round ball just as my buddy came back out I squeezed off the round. she dropped on the spot and crawled just few feet before expiring.

with the high quail populations from earlier this year the good rain we had this summer coyote populations are on the rise with some good lookin healthy dogs. needless to say the quail season this fall sucked the darn yotes ate them all. this winter we're hopin to kill off a bunch of the yotes in hopes of giving small game to have chance to come back in the spring. you all are welcome to come to AZ and pop a few song dogs. we need all the hunting pressure on them we can get.
