I'm heading to Illinois on Friday for a three day weekend of rabbit hunting before the season closes.

Actually I'm interested in finding some good books and techniques for training beagle pups.

I still think this thread, or one of the hunting dog threads would be a good spot for info. I learned how to train beagles when I was a lot younger, but the techniques would likely be considered too cruel or illegal to discuss here.
