Default Varmints slow responding

Is anyone having trouble getting varmints to respond, I have been calling off and on for approximately 15 years. I have been hunting harder this year than ever before, and havingless luck. However, A good day at work is not as good as a bad day hunting.

I been having the same trouble, the predators are holding tight in my area due to the changing in weather, now they are coming out alot but not until very late... sadly, we lost most of our snow and there is no full moon making it hard to see at night...

Buckhunter many people that I am acquainted with are having that same problem. I wonder if it might be "Educated Varmints"

buy a lightforce varmit light and hunt them at night. most say they are the most active at this time anywayand you could hunt on those new moon days and overcast days.

State Regulations in Oklahoma are a problem. We can only use a shotgun with number 6 or smaller. And we have to contact our local warden and tell them the place time and duration of the night hunt. It would be a real pain while having to have no more than a 50 yard shot. That is my take, might be worth the try.
