A dyed in the wool coyote hunter put me onto this a few years ago.
Buy one of those 'Remote Controlled Toy Car or whatever' from a toy store.
Tear that thingy apart. I mig-welded a tiny frame onto mine. I added other deals too instead of wheels.
Glue on some fur from some pelt.

Set that out in an opening when you are calling. Every once in awhile remote control it to make it jump around.
(BTW, make sure it is anchored on a cable or Varmint may grab and run off with it.)

Bobcats, coyotes, can't resist charging the meal that you set out for them.

I've seen photos of bobcats practically standing ontop of hunters - - - eyes glued to the toy.
