The mx-4's worked great! I was fortunate enought to take a bull elk with these 100 grains last week. THey definately eat up some meat!

Elk and mule deer hunters...

Just curious on what kind of bow setup you have have.

ex.
Bow type, poundage, arrows, broadheads, and what you have your top pin set at (20 yards..etc)

The muzzy mx-4are very accurateout of my reflex highlander. Here is all the proof I need. I shot this bull with the MX-4's at 52 yards and the blades ate up some meat and did their job WELL!!

Just my 2 cents.....I have taken both elk and mule deerwith my 270 and never have had any problems. I think the key is how comfortable you are with your rifle and shot placement.

Thanks for all the kind words. Haha, the rest of the elk is in the freezer.I got the bull on the morning of 9/9 and that morning was the first time we heardbugles since the start of our hunt on 9/1.
