Are you shooting fast? Sometimes, if you shoot too fast, the spin on the arrow (especially with 6 degree helical) will dramatically increase. If this is the case, try using expandable broadheads. ...

I would definitely go after him with a bow as well. Of course, that may be because I only bow hunt. No rifles, shot gun, pistol or black powder here, but you might just as well give it a shot!!
