Guys...I'm taking bird taxidermy this summer at Montgomery Community College in NC.....I've mounted a mallard, wooduck, and bufflehead so far... and am about to start on a HUGE 25 lb gobbler come...

I always heard a taxidermist friend of mine say it's really important to keep the ears wrapped more than other parts of the head b/c they get frost bite quicker....good luck...
