I believe bow tech makes a bow call the sampson. you can see it on their web site. I think you can get it from 80 to 100 pound draw weight. that's the only one I know of.

Some proshops will let you shoot their bows. shoot as many as you can then make your decision.

Have him try a Genesis. My son shoots in an archery leage (7-12 year old) and ther are 4 or 5 kids that shoot it. there is no specific draw length so he can shoot it til he's 90. At 20 pounds it's...

It's good to hear from you guys. I've been bow hunting for elk here in MT for twelve years, but not very seriously until last year. Haven't shot one yet, but just having a 700 pound animal come in...

The biggest buck I've shot was from the back porch of my house. If it's legal I guess it's not cheating, but if you don't feel right about it don't do it.

I've been reading all these leters about deer hunting (which I love) but I haven't seen a single entree about elk hunting. I don't think I have seen any letters from anyone west of the Mississippi...
