You dont see 300lb deer often in NY... Very rare. The biggest biggestdeer typically harvested around NY area maybe 140-150 class bucks that generally wont field dress over 200lbs.

Buddy shot this a couple days ago here in NY and he keeps telling me it will score over 125

I just dont think it would,I said about 105-115.

I got a question about my scope. Im shooting a T/C Triumph and have Nikon BDC reticle scope on it. I sighted it in using the number 9 zoom option (zoom options are 1-9) and shot a deer opening...

Well right in this areaI have found extreame rubs/scrapes and massive prints. I dont know if the same buck would stay in the area for a year like that, but I'm sure if hes not pressured he would.

They sell 5 foot ladder extensions at most hunting stores. They usually have a theft deterent system whichyou can unscrew two rungs from it simply and easily. Making it almost impossible to get into.

Central New York RUT REPORT

I saw a smaller buck chase a doe monday night, also heard a buck grunt opening morning(saturday). Rut coming early this year?
