Anybody have one? Do you still use it? Or do you know what it's value may be these days? I was looking at the net today, saw 3 on ebay for sale. Just like mine, 3-12x56 AO, wanted $479-$499 for them, just the scope. Mine still has the Butler Creek flip-up covers, extra high Redfield rings, and is still in the oak presentation case it came in, along with all the paperwork for it. After seeing those prices I figured I better get it out of the barn and bring it inside, lol.....I took it off my 30.06 about 7 years ago because I was hunting more in the woods than on the field edges, so I replaced it with something not quite as big. By the way, these were made before Redfield went out of business back in the late 90's. I'm trying to decide if I should sell it or find a rifle to put it on

I had one on my 22-250 that I recently sold to my nephew. IMO, the optics on most scopes these days blow away that old scope. BUT, my nephew is happy with it and it still holds zero, just not as bright as the newer scopes of today. When I say not as bright, I mean I'd buy a new scope, in the same price range, with a 40 mm objective lense and put it against that huge 56 objective lense on the Redfield.
