Anyone been fishing the Bay for rock lately and if so, where and how's the bite? Haven't been out in 6 weeks & was wondering if the rock are biting. I know they're slamming Washington Channel now!

Heard from a freind that they are slamming them off point lookout....big ones. Haven't been out since the fall, would rather have a bow in my hand.

Where's point lookout? Talked to a couple buddies and one said there wasn't enough baitfish up near Chesapeake Beach and that all the menhaded were still south. The other one said there was plenty of baitfish, it's just that the cold weather hasn't pushed them here yet...

Well, the MD season closed yesterday. We went out friday and caught 1 25" slot rock and 1 36"er. Not bad for 4 hrs. trolling late in the season. Can't wait 'till spring!
