Default St. Simon's Island Ga.

What kind of bait is best for fishing off docks and piers and such at St.Simon's Island Ga.? The guy at the bait shop was very helpfull and said the best would be shrimp or squid. I fished all week last year at around Feb. I think, and all I caught was a little eel. And that was all I even saw caught around there, unless you went out on a boat. Jackel Island has the best fishing in the area from what I hear.

You are welcome to join us at the www.coastaloutdoors.com/ibf Message Boards. We have quite a few fishermen who fish the St. Simons area.
