When is the best time to fish for striper bass in the bays? I know a few people that live close to the aria and have boats. They don't fish but I do. I live in NY and they stay at my house to hunt whitetail. I'm thinking I can flyfish for some stripers this spring or summer. I do all my fishing on Cape Cod, Race Point area. I fish the shores and also have a boat I keep there in the summer. All I do is Striper fish. If I can help let me know.
