im the only one around here that owns one that i know of. The local supply store has none. Same reason, im the only one that has one. So i cant do either of those things, beleive me if i could i would have already done it.

yes i have done every thing you have said, and still no luck. I have lubed every thing that could be lubed and more. The cases were fired out of my gun. They are nickel plated. Does this make any differnce? Winchester fatory rounds.

It's darn hard to tell without being there but something maybe out of spec with either the dies or the brass. Since this is a new cartridge Hornady could have done something wrong or the brass may be thick in the neck or even too soft. I know a few people that have not been happy with different lots of Winchester brass in various calibers. Plus I have three sets of reloading dies from Hornady that work fine, BUT they are different to adjust than RCBS or Lee dies.

eyeball, try smoking up one of your unloaded cases with a candle or a disposable lighter, then drop it in your chamber and close the bolt on it. That should show you where the trouble is and maybe you can figure out what is going on with that die.

wonder if the nickle platting could be making the neck not resize properly. is the thickness of a plated case thicker than just a standered one.
