.358" 158 gr bullets

I have 2 different molds for this size bullet with different designs. One is a flat nose and the other a round nose. The other day I cast about 200 of the round nose 2 cavity in about an hour after the pot heated up. Yesterday I pulled out the flat nose 6 cavity mold and in the same amount of time I probably cast 500-600 bullets!
Also yesterday I powder coated both batches.
I'll probably need more as I got a sweet deal on 24 pounds of 38 spl brass. Not sure how many case that is but I'm pretty sure its quite a bit. And I'm going to try a few of them in my little .45 Seneca muzzleloader. I just got the appropriate MMP sabots today.

A Ruger police six in .38spcl was my first center fire revolver. I dunno how many rds I have through it. But the .38spcl holds a special place in my heart!
I need to pull it out and burn up some ammo sometime this summer. Haven't shot it in a while.

Yea, I'm going to start looking around for a small to medium frame 38 wirh likely a 4" bbl. The 6" is too long IMO for carry and a 2" just doesn't have the balance to me for "pointability".
