True but by what I said that would give you 15-30 to work with.

I just was in my Labatory, as my wife calls it, and counted my powders. I have as follows;
3-Hercules
6-Winchester
6-Alliant
9-Accurate
and 19-Hodgdon. For a total of 43 containers of powder. Some of these are double for I have 2 of those that I use the most, but not more than 5-6 are as such as Varget, H-380, IMR-4064,Bullseye and Power Pistol.

I once tried to reduce my inventory...worked it out that I could probably reload the 15 or so different calibers with 4 powders...but then some of those calibers have several different loads (different bullet and/or weight)...I also once tried to reduce the # of different primers I carried...silly wabbit, tricks are for kids! LOL
So back to stockpiling...
IMR 4895
IMR 4831
H 4831 SC
H 4831
H 4350
W 748
IMR 4064
Red DOT
In reality, I think I could do 99% of my loads with 4 powders (which are the 4 I buy in 8 pounders anymore)...but why?
