280 Remington
You can't go wrong with RL19, RL22, IMR4831, or H4831SC. I usually lean to H4831SC for most bullet weights in the 280. Always seems to be the best in accuracy/velocity in my rifle. With the 150 gr. Partition I would say if using H4831SC & working up and watching for pressure signs your max load should be near 58.0 gr. I load the 140 NBT regularly at 60.0 gr. with a CCI primer & Remington brass without a problem and average 3094 fps over my chrony with excellent accuracy. This is out of a 24" Douglas barrel on a Rem. 700 action. I got around 3250 fps with 60.0 gr. of IMR4831 & 120 gr. NBT. This was my coyote load when the 280 was the only rifle I owned.
