Assuming they are .22 rimfire. I would put about 15-20 in a empty pepsi plastic bottle and put the lid on and tie them out in the garden to scare off critters when the wind blows.
To my knowlege, they are just garbage at this point.

actually they can be used as jackets for .224 Dia bullets.....Yes, there' s a company that makes tools to swage bullets using .22 rimfire empties....they can also make .243 bullet jackets as well. It' s how Joyce Hornady started making bullets and you can still do it today.....check " Corbin" for reloading tools and extruded lead wire.....there' s a lot of good in those spent .22 long rifle cases!!

Actually you can sell used brass to a scrap dealer . I used to buy and sell used brass to commercial reloaders and a lot of it wouldn' t be any good so I sold it as scrap. It might take awhile to get enough to be worth your time ,but it can be recycled .

Honna, if you take them to a reloading shop looking to find someone with a corbin set up.....you might be asked to separate them by Mfr.....and then get nothing for your time.....
Cut your losses and run....unless you have a ton or more!!!
