Hornady, who's powder are they using?

St Marys in FL, Hodgdon had a primer on powder write up in their paper back reloading manual. They custom blend it to each cartridge to get that performance. And get this the first cardridge they started with was the 35rem one great cartridge of yesterday and today. I would say horady knows something or two. If ony for that decission.
I get 2200fps without any new powders with a 200gr CLRN (H4895).
