Check over at Midway.They carry manuals for specific cartridges around 7 bucks a pop.As I understand it pretty much all the reload info from all bullet and powders makers are in there.

Hornady 7th Edition....87 gr. V-Max w/H-4350..39.8 gr to 43.4 gr.
Lyman 48th Edition...Does not list 87 gr. bullet, but lists 85 gr. whichwould be close enough to start with..Varget...35.2 gr. to 39.0 gr. 90 gr. bullet w/Varget...34.0 to 38.0. You can make the interpolation on your own... All for 243 Win....
