Heck, I don't consider reloading a chore - more of a past time. In the last 2 nights I loaded 300 rds of .223. I still have about 500 or 600 more empty cases all primed and ready to go.

I wouldn't consider reloading a chore if I had all the equipment at my house. The way it works out, all of my reloading equipment is at my grandmas. It'd be alot different if I had it at my place, at my disposal, and could mess around with it when I was bored. Hopefully, by this fall, my house will be built, and ready for my loading equipment.

LOL, there's always a better and more expensive way to skin a cat.

FWIW, I've never been able to see the difference in accuracy between weighed charges and charges dumped from a carefully monitored powder thrower- I'd even argue that measuring powder volumetrically ismore consistantthan measuring by weight.

Im with ya there

I have heard about issues using oneunder fluorecent lights. May want to test it under one if you use them.

I can get 1/2" moa accuracy from my progressive dillon 550 with the charge thrower. For 400 bucks I could buy another Dillon so I don't have to change tool heads when switching calibers!

You must not work with a wide variety of powders then. Try 3031 and see how consistent that thrower is. Or H1000, or 7828.

Most people on this forum have a variety of guns, not just one or 2.

I am with ya i think the chargemaster combois a great investment. I just started loading this year and that was one of the first things i bought i looked at manual scales and they all seemed pretty fragile for my fat fingers and shakey hands. i just figued why risk blowing up a $1000 gun to save$150 bucks on a scale i picked mine up for$254 thu natchez. my loading area has a floresent light just over head. and my hand loaded.243 ammo is shooting sub- minute groups so i dont think lights arean issue. so far i have been very pleased and would recomend one to anyone.
