I think the SST's are great. I use the 7 Ultra, 139 grain SST on deer sized game, accurate and very deadly. Usually crushes the game on impactand if it doesnt go down immediately, odds are its leaving avery goodblood trail. Hard on meat if the shot isnt placed well, Im after horns so I really dont mind, that much less to carry out. Can always tell a good hit with the SST, the "smack" sound is more profound than in the barnes Ive used in the past.

I haven’t had much luck as for accuracy in my 7mm-08 with the 139, 154 & 162 gr. bullets but I’ll try them again this summer...
