Need help resizing pic
Is there any way to make the KB size of a pic smaller without making the actually pic smaller? I cant get my pics smaller enough and by the time they are small enough you cant even tell whats in the pic. This is for my avatar btw. And why does it have to be under 10kb to be your avatar? On other sites it dosent have to be that small. So could somebody please help me? Thanks.
