Default What are they good for?

I've noticed that 5.56 blanks are bring decent money! What are they good for? I had a friend give me two clips for the AR full of them and a box of 20,what can I do with them,are they reloadable,the knurled area near the bottom seems like that would make them useless after firing.

They are used for Law Enforce training, Military training and Viet Nam reenactments.
