Best way to smooth a bore

Hey guys please read "cleaning the bore" I need help with this before I have a nervous breaksown.

Go to Beartooth and see articles on firelapping. I do mine and clean up is a couple of passes and i'm done. Some swear at it but I swear by it. Very easy and helps a lot. Might even help accuracy.

48th- did you notice much of a gain in velocity and how much, if any, did it improve accuracy? I'm thinkin about it in a few of my new long guns. Brett
