The best powder i've found for the 110gr accubond and the 25.06 is RL22. I tried numerous powders beforethe RL22 which included imr4350, 4831, and7828 none of which shot very well. The imr4831 did show some promise with a couple loads but nothing that really stood out so i moved on to the RL22. I used the nosler 115gr load data pernosler tech support and started in the middle of the load range and worked up. I noticed right off the bat that the more powder i put in the case the better it shot. I hit the sweet spotat 53.5grs but shot a couple groups at 54grs and 54.5 to see if it would open up any. The 54gr load shot just as tight at 100yds but seem to open up more at 200yds and the 54.5 opened up about a 1/2" at 100yds so i ended up sticking with the 53.5. I've killed 6 deer with this load and all have fallen in the scope when i pulled the trigger. Here's the target of a 4shot groupusing53.5grs.
[On a side note, the imr4350 and 4831 both shot some impressive groups and accuracy with the Speer 120gr Spitzer.] Mike

I too have had great luck with RL22 with this bullet in the .25-06 Remington as well as the .25-06 Ackley Improved. .257 Roberts isa different story - smaller case capacity - IMR 4350 would be my first choice.

I use 44grs of IMR 4350 under the Accubond in my 257 Roberts. I get velocities of 2950ft/sec and .75" 3 shot groups. This is way over the max charge listed so be very careful and work your way up. I am using Winchester +p brass with no signs of excess pressure in my Ruger M77 mk2 rifle with a 22" barrel.
I called Nosler and they said to use data for the 115 ballistic tip as a starting point.
Good luck.
