I've been expermenting with reloading this round, I have found that I must wash the bullets and cases so the bullet is not pushed back when the slide goes forward. I usually only get .02 pushback, I find that about the same for factory ammo.

Get you a factory crimp die from lee 40S&W, then get a 9mm insert and crimp that sucker so hard, but be careful not too much to crush the case. That cured all my problems with the round. I kinda gave up on it because you have two extra steps with it, one, you got to lube the cases cause no carbide dies for it, two, this extra step.
