I have almost all Winchester brass in the countless pieces of .45 and .308 next to my reloading cabinet.

I use Remington brass and have no complaints.

My preference is Lapua, Norma and Winchester in that order. I recently bought some Nosler brass which comes prepped and weight sorted to +/- .5 grs. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I measured neck thickness on a few cases and they were very consistent, so I'm anxious to give it a try.

I've tried RWS and didn't particularly like this brand. I haven't used Remington in a few years and have no desire to.

I loathe Rem and Hornady brass. I don't know why, but it never seems to clean up as well as Win. I'd like to try some Norma or Lapua one of these days.

I like Hornady the best, but Winchester is a close second. Like others have mentioned, my Remington brass has required a lot of work. The cases have been dinged and some of the boxes I had to polish before I ever put a load through them.

Goodness, I am the only one that loves federal match brass. Too soft for everyone?

I don't guess I've ever run across any Federal brass.

well, I prefer Winchester brass... just because I like having only one brand of brass rolling around in the spent bucket or whatever I'm storing them in waiting for the tumbler...
Bought some Winchester factory .22-250 rounds (20 per box) and noticed the split in the necks after one shot. Did not have that probem with the Remington Core-Lokt I bought. Maybe a bad batch of Winchester brass.

Norma!
I'm looking at going that route. I think it's worth the extra cost. Nobody could answer the question I posed on brass so I will look at Norma.

Rem., Fed., Win., and Starline are my preferred brass. The only brass I will not use is Amer- brass [:'(]. The cases are springy and do no resize well. Most are fine though.
