There's absolutely NO REASON not to use .307 loading data in a .308! BUT, not vice-versa! .307 loads generate less pressure than is generally used in the .308, so it is possible that .308 loads would be too hot for use in a rifle chambered for the .307 round (such as a 94 Win!)
