Hey big c.

A buddy of mine reloads and he told me to just go and buy some factory loads and just shoot them for the brass. Do you think it would be better to buy the brass or the factory loads???

try www.deerfieldenterprises.com Pete is a good honest guy that works outta his house and does buisness right. He usually gives you 3 or 4 extras, and one time, I had a shipment not show up for like 7 days,(USPS's fault) and he immediatly shipped me 100 more, no questions asked. They showed up in the mean time, and I just went ahead and kept them and had him bill me for them.

I think thats rather costly. But does give you a baseline for what you expect out of handloads. Especially for new loaders like yourself.

For every rifle. I have shot factories. But only one box. AFter that, I am a handloader. I make my own ammo. Its just not economical to buy factories to get your brass. Especially for a WSM.

I just got some from Midway... nice price too... I see that they have nickle plated 300wsm, I wish I would have gotten those instead. I will start this week putting some loads together for my new T-3, any hints for starting loads would be appreciated.. Bob
