Mirage's policy is to give their current customers first opportunity to book the same time the following year. They have ten days from the day they leave to confirm. It seems to be a good policy, at least it works for them. At least half of the guys I see there I've seen the previously. Their business seems to be built around taking care of their customers, which they do quite well. I guess it shows with the repeat business they get. I guess it's why I keep going back.

Alright you guys. I know it's spring and time for boats and golf and other stuff. The snow and cold of Northern Quebec is not at the top of the priority list, but the caribou are heading north to give birth on the tundra and soon after the whole process begins again. The heard will move south toward their winter feeding grounds and we will be wating along the way, hopefully to take one of those majestic bulls as he steps into the cross-hairs. It' really only seven months away. Keep checking in and posting your thoughts. Only five pages to 50!

I plan on going with Tuttilik Outfitters in '06. Planning the first week of Sept.

Anyone heard of this outfit? If so, do you recommend them?

Not going this year but in 07....still undecided. Thinking of Tuttilik or Safari Nordik. I like to idea of a guaranteed bull with Safari, but I have heard horror stories of this too....like the quality of animals taken on the Tuttilik DVD.

MUSTAD - Who are you going with?
