Permission to hunt???
I am looking for someplace to hunt in Alberta for the 2002 whitetail season. Anyone that is interested in swapping for an Eastern Wild Turkey hunt please drop me an email. Don't want to pay the high price for a guide service.

If you are a non-resident (Canadian) or a non-resident alien (not a canadian) you have to be accompanied by a guide to hunt big game in Alberta.
A resident of Alberta can get a "Hunter Host License" and then guide a friend or relative from out of province for free. Alberta Fish and Wildlife has a web site you can find out all the hunting regulations at.
