Default Hello from Africa!

Hi there

I am new to this forum and want to start some threads on Africa hunting but also want to get to know the huntable game in the US and Europe. I have had many clients that talk about certain species that they have hunted and I do not know what they are talking about. Where can I get info from the internet that will show me photos of the different American and European game animals, their size weight etc.?

Well "A" is for Antelope in Alberta. The animal is more properly called a Pronghorn (though you have to draw and buy an "Antelope" licence to hunt one) It is not really related to the antelope of Africa but is the only species in its family and is found (family and species) only in North America.

My daughter shot this buck last year. He is not a big trophy by any means but her first buck and we had a very enjoyable hunt.

The rifle is a Rem. model 788 in .243 Win.

Hello victorhunt, my wife is from Zambia formerly Rhodedisia. She was born Victoria Falls. Her family is from South Africa and she still has friends and family there that she keeps in touch with. As far as game in Canada try looking up Outdoor Canada and Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters. Also try Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Hunt Ontario .
