I got a problem with Ontario license system.
In Manitoba we have three categories for hunting license. Some one who wishes to by a license for hunting in Manitoba is either a resident,... non-resident ( Canadian citizen ) or... non-resident alien (others) and the prices are adjusted from least to most expensive, being that Canadian citizen will count for something and have a better price then non-resident aliens...
Now, if someone would like to by a license to hunt in Ontario, your either a resident of Ontario or non resident, being that Canadians don’t count for diddle squat...
Maybe Manitoba should start to follow the same rules as our neighbors to the east and say screw it whether you’re Canadian or not and as long as you’re a resident, that’s all that counts...

sorry , I don't understand your meaning here.
I've hunted all across North America and the system is all the same anywhere. Its the State or Province that you live to be a Resident, any outsiders are Non Res.
I would say Manitoba needs a revamping...
