I am from New York City and have been escaping to the woods since I was able to walk- live in NH now.
I have a couple of openings for Barren Ground Caribou this November in Quebec if you have an interest.

I just got back home to Alberta Canada from a year in Griffith NSW. Wife was on a one year teachers exchange. We did one trip to Frazer Island and thenup to Bundeberg and over to Lady Elliot Island. Our Son spent some time surfing at Coolum beach and Byran Bay and jackarooing near Cloncurry.
It was an interesting adventure. We may do it again in a couple of years. I didn't manage to get through all the red frickin tape and expence to get a gun permit and such in New South frickin Wales. Is it so painful to get a gun permit in Queensland?
