Heading out to deer camp ( WMU 49, Dunchurch area )early saturday morning.
Can't wait, haven't had a full week of deer camp in 4 years due to work and I really need this one. We are 3 adults and 1 junior hunter and drew 2 doe tags. Should have some good stories when I get back. Good luck to all heading out.

Just got back tonight from deer camp. I took my best buck yet from the camp ( we have hunted it for 7 years now ) nice heavy bodied 7 pointer ( one brow tine busted off and covered in bark, would have been an 8 ) that will likely taste like crap but make decent sausage anyway. God I love deer hunting.

Nice to hear you were successful with a good size animal. Enjoy that sausage... I have had the itch for deer hunting for a while now and were heading out Sunday for a week. Hopefully it’ll snow to make it that much better but I’ll take it any way it comes. I guess I’ll have to report on our outcome...
