Like I said above they will do till I get to Williams again.
I don't know if they are on back wards or not as they were on the rifle when I bought it. I just know that the fouling the scope gets on my 54 is stopped by the mounts on the 50. A real crappy place to get into and clean good too.
I have always used the Weaver mounts till I bought my first set of Williams mounts.

It is definitely a Redfield style mount. You need to reverse the bases, you have them too close together. The only problem with that style is you definitely need to lap the rings. I would not use that type of ring without first lapping the rings. The system is very strong. Tom.

Bingo!!!

Those are Leupoldbases. Judging from their rough look they are the made in China model. I install a lot of scopes for folks and have had nothing but trouble withmade in China rings andbases. It is possible to find Leupoldrings and bases that are made in the USA.

Made in China rings and bases:

Leupold-some
Simmons-all
Weaver-some
